Welcome to the historical record and database relating to the so-called "Safehold Anomaly", detailing within the history and demise of the Tyche system.

Full access has been granted to Inquistion records (despite the formal protests of Inquisitors Caine, Roth and Lelith), and Astartes record-logs of Dark Angel, Vlka Fenryka and Imperial Fist chapter forces.

Naval and Mechaniucm reports and communiques remain part of Imperial Record, but are presented here, along with pict-captures, and cartography for completeness and edification.
